Placing an order, what we need from you, and what it costs.

• Getting started: how to place an order Fill in a short brief, tell us how your product gets to us, and pay. You don't need an account until the last step.
• What you get for $199 A 15 second vertical video with a real actor, a script written by our team, your approval on it, one round of revisions, and delivery in 7 days.
• Commercials, Amazon product videos and YouTube videos Envy Creative also makes commercials from $500, Amazon product videos from $150 and long-form YouTube videos from $300, ordered through OrderUGC, with 10% off orders of $1,000 or more.
• Approving the script We send you the script to approve before we film. Approving it takes one click, or you can leave feedback and we send a new draft. You can skip approval entirely, but then a re-shoot costs extra.
• What we need in the brief The eight questions we ask when you order, and why each one is there.
• Shipping your product to us Where to send your product, how to pack and time it, and when your 7-day delivery countdown starts.
• Turnaround and rush orders Delivery is 7 days, counted from when your product arrives. Rush is 72 hours for $99 per video.
• Revisions and finishing your order Fixes we can make in editing are free. A change that differs from the approved script needs a re-shoot, which costs extra. You have 3 days after delivery to ask.
• Messages and files in your order Every order has a chat with our team. You can delete a message or a file you sent within 60 seconds of sending it.
• Adding videos or extras after you order Ask in your order chat and our team can send you an add-on, like more videos or rush delivery, that you pay with one button.
• Behind-the-scenes video and photos For $200 per order, we send behind-the-scenes video and photos from your shoot, so your audience can see your video was made by real people, not AI.
• Sending us your logo Add your logo on the order form (PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF, up to 25 MB, up to 3 files) or send it in your order chat.
• After your order is complete A completed order keeps its chat open. Message us there about the order any time, download your videos, or place a new order.
