Revisions and finishing your order
One round of revisions is included with every video. We don't promise unlimited revisions, but we're flexible when a fix needs another pass.
What we fix for free
- Anything we can fix in editing without filming again, like trimming, reordering shots or changing text on screen.
- Anything in the approved script that we missed. If it was in the script and it isn't in the video, we correct it at no charge.
When a re-shoot costs extra
If you ask for something different from the approved script, filming it again is an extra charge, because we pay our actors and crew for every shoot. That includes matters of taste: acting style, expressions, delivery, clothing, camera angles, pacing and on-camera chemistry.
The best way to avoid a re-shoot is to read the script carefully before you approve it. If you chose to skip script approval, any re-shoot is an extra charge.
You have 3 days
When we deliver, you have 3 days to watch the video and ask for any changes. After 3 days with no request, the order is marked complete automatically.
An order with more than one video is delivered all at once, and one request covers every video in it. Just say which video each change is for.
Once an order is complete, you can still message us in its chat. See After your order is complete.
Put everything in one message
Please list all the changes you'd like in a single request. It's the fastest way to get the edit right, and it's how the included round works.
To leave notes at exact moments, open the Finished Videos tab and click a video. It plays in a window where you can pause anywhere and add a note at that moment, then press Request revisions in the same window when you're done.
