Approving the script

Our team writes the script from your brief and posts it in your order. Nothing gets filmed until you approve it. While we're waiting on you, your order shows "Waiting on script approval".

If your order has more than one video, the scripts come together and one approval covers all of them.

Your delivery date assumes you approve the script in good time. If it sits waiting for a while, we may need to move the date, and we'll tell you why in your order chat.

Read it carefully before you approve

The approved script is what we film, so check all of it: the dialogue, what's shown on screen, clothing, the setting and the camera moves. Changing any of that in the script is free. Changing it after filming means a re-shoot, which costs extra. Revisions and finishing your order has the details.

If the first draft isn't right, you can ask for more than one round of script changes before you approve it.

Asking for changes

Hit Approve on the script, in the chat, the Script tab or Finished Videos, and we start filming. To ask for changes, hit Leave feedback: the script stays on screen beside the box so you can write against it, and everything you send goes over in one pass.

Skipping approval

When you order you can tell us to film straight from your brief instead. It's faster, but you won't see the script first, so if you want the video re-shot afterwards, that re-shoot is an extra charge.
