Terms of service

These terms cover your use of orderugc.com and every order you place on it. OrderUGC is run by Envy Creative ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

Your account

Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including orders and messages from teammates you invite to it.

You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or for the business you order for.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. You pay in full when you order, through Stripe. A quote or invoice we send you is paid the same way, through its link.

Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel them from Billing in your account. Each paid month adds that month's videos to your account, and unused plan videos expire 90 days after they're added.

Extras, including a product we buy for you at cost plus 15%, are charged on top of the videos.

Your product

You ship the product to our studio at your own cost. If you need it back, include a prepaid return label. If we buy the product for you, you pay its actual cost plus 15% handling.

Only send products that are legal to sell and to advertise in the United States, and that are safe for our actors to handle on camera. We can decline a product or a script that we won't put our actors or our name to, and refund you if we do.

Scripts, filming and revisions

Our team writes the script from your brief. If you choose to approve it, we don't film until you do. Changing the script before filming is free.

One round of revisions on the finished video is included. Asking for something different from the approved script, including matters of taste like acting style, clothing or camera angles, means filming again, which costs extra because we pay our actors and crew for every shoot.

Delivery

UGC delivery is 7 days from when we receive your product, or from when you pay if there's nothing to ship, and assumes you approve the script in good time. Other video services have their own delivery times, shown when you order. These are our standard timelines, not guarantees: if a date moves, we tell you why in your order chat.

Using your videos

Once your order is paid, you may use the finished videos anywhere online: social media, YouTube, your website and online store, Amazon product pages, CTV and OTT, and paid ads on any of them.

Broadcast TV, film and radio need an extended license or a buyout, which covers our actors' royalties. Ask us before you use a video there.

You can't use a video to make it look like an actor endorses something they didn't film, or edit it into something unlawful or defamatory.

We keep the right to show your videos in our own portfolio and on our channels only if you said yes to that when you ordered.

What you send us

You keep ownership of your product, brand, logos and anything you upload. You give us permission to use them to make your videos, and you confirm you have the right to give that permission.

Agencies and resellers

Agencies may resell our videos to their own clients under their own brand. The agency is our customer and is responsible for its clients' use of the videos under these terms.

Cancellations and refunds

If you want to cancel an order, tell us in your order chat. We'll refund what we haven't yet spent on it, such as filming that hasn't happened. Once a video is filmed, we don't refund it, but the included revision round and our team are there to get it right.

Canceling a monthly plan stops future charges. Videos already added stay usable until they expire.

Limits on our liability

We make the videos with care, but we don't promise any result from running them, such as sales or ad performance. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you placed an order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, where our studio is.
