Your part is a brief and one approval.

1. Brief

   Tell us about your product and where the video will run. Ship it to us, or we can buy it.

2. Script

   Written and refined by our team. Nothing is filmed until you approve it.

3. Filming

   Our actors, in our studio, cast to fit your script.

   • Custom casting, $500 a video, adds 10 days. Actors from outside our roster
   • Simple product photos, $300 a video, adds 10 days. White background, for listings
   • Lifestyle photos, $500 a video, adds 10 days. Your product in real settings
   • Behind-the-scenes video and photos, $200 an order. Footage and photos from your shoot

4. Editing

   Cut by our own editors, in 16:9.

   • Vertical version (9:16), $99 a video. For TikTok, Reels and Shorts
   • Square version (1:1), $99 a video. For feeds and ads
   • Extra hooks, $99 a video. A different opening, to test in ads

5. Delivery

   In your order chat, 21 or 30 days after your product arrives. One round of revisions included.

Questions

How long does it take?

Commercials and long-form YouTube videos take 21 days, Amazon product videos take 30 days, counted from when your product arrives (or from payment if there's nothing to ship). Extras add up to 10 days. It assumes you approve the script in good time.

Do I need a call or a quote?

No. These are the prices, and you order online. Questions first? Use the chat button.

Can I mix kinds in one order?

Yes, one brief covers them all, and it's 10% off orders of $1,000 or more.

Do I have to send my product?

For commercials and Amazon videos, yes, or we buy it for you at cost plus 15%. For software and apps, there's nothing to ship.

Where can I use the videos?

Anywhere online, paid ads and CTV included. Broadcast TV, film and radio need an extended license (usage rights).

What about revisions?

One round per video is included. Script changes are free; changes after filming need a re-shoot, which costs extra.

Can I get a vertical version?

Yes, add a 9:16 or 1:1 cut for $99 a video. For vertical-first videos, order UGC instead.
