Getting started: how to place an order
You order on one page, orderugc.com/order, and you don't need an account to fill it in. We ask you to make one when you press the button at the end, and your brief is saved while you do.
1. Choose your videos
Pick "Per video" or "Monthly plan", then the length (15, 30 or 60 seconds) and how many videos you want. What you get for $199 has the prices and the discounts for ordering more than one.
2. Fill in the brief
Tell us what the product is, link to it, say the one thing viewers should remember, and who it's for. The other questions take a few seconds each, and some are optional. What we need in the brief explains them.
You also choose whether to approve the script before we film. We recommend it, and it's already selected. If you skip it, any re-shoot you ask for later costs extra.
3. Tell us how the product gets to us
- "Send us your product": you ship it to our studio after you order. Shipping your product to us has the address.
- "OrderUGC buys it": paste a link and we buy it for you, at cost plus 15% handling.
- "Nothing to ship": for software, apps and services.
4. Extras and two last questions
Rush delivery in 72 hours and the other extras are optional. We also ask whether we can post your videos on our TikTok and YouTube, and where you found us.
5. Pay
Press "Continue to payment" and pay in full on Stripe's checkout page. If you have videos left on a monthly plan, they come off first, and if they cover the whole order the button says "Place order" and there's nothing to pay.
Starting a new plan? You subscribe first on its own checkout, then come back to the form to place the order.
What happens next
You land on your order, where a chat with our team is already open. Our first message tells you what we need next, which is the tracking number if you're shipping a product. Then we write your script, and once it's approved (unless you chose to skip that), we film, edit and deliver.
Your 7-day countdown starts when your product arrives, or right away if there's nothing to ship. If you're approving the script, the countdown assumes you get back to us on it in good time.
