A real person holding your real product is the whole idea, so for physical products we need one in our hands. Send it as soon as you can after you order.

Before you send it
- No signature is needed, so please don't require one.
- Try to avoid a weekend arrival.
- Send two units if you can, one to test and one to film. One is fine if that's what you have.
- If you need it back, include a prepaid return label.
Send us the tracking number
Once it's on its way, reply in your order chat with the tracking number so we can watch for it.
When the countdown starts
Your 7-day delivery countdown starts when your product arrives at our studio, and we post photos of it in your order chat when it does. We can't film what we don't have yet, so the clock waits for the package.
Not shipping anything?
If you'd rather we buy the product, paste the link when you order. You pay the actual cost plus 15% handling, and you can correct the price we found before you pay.
Software, apps and services don't need a physical product. Pick "Nothing to ship" and we'll work from screen recordings and your demo account. The countdown then starts when you pay.
