Adding videos or extras after you order

To add another video, or an extra like rush delivery, ask in your order chat. Our team can send you an add-on right there, and you pay it with one button.

What you can add

• More videos for the same order, at 15, 30 or 60 seconds.
• Extras like rush delivery, the Amazon storefront upload, or behind-the-scenes video and photos (before we film).
• A longer version of a video you already ordered, like 15 seconds to 60. What you paid for that video counts toward the longer one, so you only pay the difference.
• Anything else we've agreed with you in the chat, at the price we quote.

Paying for it

Press the pay button on the add-on and you'll go to checkout. When the payment goes through, we add everything to your order and the chat confirms it.

Plan videos don't apply to add-ons, so every add-on shows its own price.

When new videos are due

Each new video gets its own delivery countdown. It starts when you pay, or when your product arrives if we're still waiting for it. If your order was already complete, it reopens for the new videos.
