Messages and files in your order

Every order has its own chat with our team. Use it for questions, extra details for the brief, tracking numbers and files.

Attaching files

Drag files into the chat or use the paperclip. They wait with your message until you press Send, so you can take one off before it goes.

Deleting a message

You can delete a message within 60 seconds of sending it. After that it stays in the thread.

Removing a file

You can remove a file you sent within 60 seconds of sending it. The Delete option disappears once that time is up. A removed file is taken off your order, and the chat shows that a file was deleted.

If you sent the wrong file after that, tell us in the chat and we'll take it off for you.
