Turnaround and rush orders

Standard delivery is 7 days. Rush delivery is 72 hours for an extra $99 per video.

When the countdown starts

If we're filming a physical product, the countdown starts when your product arrives at our studio, not when you place the order. See Shipping your product to us for the address.

If there is nothing to ship, the countdown starts when you pay.

If you're approving the script first, the 7 days assume you get back to us on it in good time, since we can't film until you do.

Rush works the same way: 72 hours from the same starting point.

The countdown on your order page

The countdown in your dashboard counts business days, Monday to Friday. On the last day it switches to hours and minutes.

If your delivery date moves

Sometimes we need more time, for example while we're waiting on your product, on your script approval, or on an actor's schedule. When that happens we post in your order chat saying why and by how many business days.
