Add-ons in your order chat, and a place for your logo

You can ask for more videos or extras like rush delivery in your order chat. Our team sends you an add-on there, and you pay it with one button. See Adding videos or extras after you order.

The order form has an optional logo field. It takes PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF files, up to 25 MB each and up to 3 files. You can still send a logo in your order chat instead.

When your product arrives at our studio, we post photos of it in your order chat.

A completed order now opens on its Deliverables tab. Its chat closes, and you can place a new order or contact us from there. See When your project is closed.

The delivery countdown on your order page counts business days, Monday to Friday, and shows hours and minutes on the last day.

You can delete a message or a file you sent within 60 seconds of sending it.

If you start a monthly plan while you order, the summary shows the plan price as due today and lists anything charged on top of it.

Tapping a style's example on the order form also picks that style.
