Who is behind OrderUGC?
OrderUGC is run by Envy Creative, a performance creative agency that produces UGC and video ads for brands. The videos you order here are made by the same people, in the same studio, with the same actors.
Why there are two names
Agency work starts with a call, a scope and a quote. That is the right shape for a brand booking a campaign, and the wrong shape for someone who wants three videos of their product and would rather not sit through a discovery call to get them.
So OrderUGC is the same production, sold differently: fixed prices on the page, order in about a minute, no call. The agency is still there when a project genuinely needs one.
What that means for your order
- The actors are real people we have worked with before, not stock footage and not AI.
- Filming happens at our studio, and products get physically held on camera.
- Scripts are written and refined by our team from the brief you give us.
- Editing is done in house, by the same editors who cut our agency work.
Where we are
The studio is in Simi Valley, California. If you're shipping a product to us, the address is on our shipping page, on the order page once you choose to ship, and in your order chat after you pay.
Talking to a human
Every order has a message thread, and a real person on our side reads it. For anything before you order, use the chat button in the corner of the page.
If you want to see the wider agency work, or you have a project that is bigger than a few videos, Envy Creative is the place to start.
