How monthly plans work

A monthly plan is a set number of videos a month at one length, 15, 30 or 60 seconds, charged at the normal price less a discount: 10% off for 4 videos a month, 17.5% off for 8, and 25% off for 16.

For example, 4 videos at 15 seconds would normally be $800. On the plan it's $720 a month.

Your videos arrive when the invoice is paid

Each time your monthly invoice is paid, that month's videos are added to your account. Your order page shows how many you have left.

Unused videos roll over for 90 days

If you're not ready to use them, they carry over for 90 days from the day they're added. With 1 video left and a 4-video plan, you'll have 5 after your next renewal. Your dashboard shows when the next ones expire, and we use the oldest ones first.

What a plan video covers

One plan video covers one video at your plan's length. If you order a longer video, you pay the difference in price. Extras like rush delivery, the Amazon upload, or the cost of a product we buy for you are charged separately, because they're real costs on our side.

If your plan videos cover the whole order, there's nothing to pay and you won't be sent to a payment page.

Changing or canceling

You can change your card, switch plans or cancel from Billing in your account.
