Using a quote we sent you

If you've ordered from Envy Creative before, we may send you a quote for your next videos through OrderUGC. You don't need an account yet to get one.

Opening it

Open the link in the quote email, or the one we sent you directly, and create your account or sign in. The quote then appears on your orders page as an invoice. If we've left the brief for you, fill it in there, then pay.

If the quote came by email, sign up with the address it was sent to. It won't open for a different address. A link we sent you some other way works with whichever account you use.

How long it lasts

A quote link works for 30 days, for one account. If it has expired, or you need changes before ordering, contact us and we'll send a new one.
